What is ChurroWorld Co.?
ChurroWorld Co. is a chain of stores and food trucks specializing in churros, desserts, and ice cream. We operate multiple physical locations in Florida and offer Pick Up (in-store pickup) ordering through our official website churroworldco.com.
We do not operate external delivery platforms such as DoorDash or Uber Eats; these are third-party services and are not part of our digital properties. We are only responsible for the content, availability, and functionality of churroworldco.com.
Thank you for choosing ChurroWorld Co. Below are the terms and conditions for Pick Up orders.
1. ORDERS
Pick Up orders are processed exclusively through our official website https://churroworldco.com.
By completing an order, the customer confirms that all information provided (name, phone number, pickup location, payment method) is accurate.
Once payment is submitted, the order is immediately sent to the selected store’s internal system.
All orders are final. Because products are prepared fresh, no modifications can be made after the order has been submitted.
2. PREPARATION TIMES
Estimated preparation times are displayed during checkout and may vary based on demand, availability, and store operating hours.
ChurroWorld Co. does not guarantee exact preparation times; the commitment is to prepare orders within reasonable operational timeframes.
3. ORDER PICKUP
Customers must pick up their order at the selected store.
The order number or confirmation email must be presented.
Prepared orders are held for up to 30 minutes after the estimated ready time; after that, products may lose temperature or quality.
No refunds are issued for delays, late pickups, or failure to pick up the order.
4. ORDER ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for checking their order at the time of pickup.
If an error is attributable to the store (incorrect item, missing item, or clearly defective product), an immediate replacement will be provided for the affected item.
Monetary refunds are not issued for minor errors; the standard resolution is product replacement.
5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Menu items may vary by store location.
If an ordered product is unavailable, the store will offer an alternative of equal value or a future replacement through store credit.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes.
Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms.
ChurroWorld Co. does not store or have access to customers’ card or payment information.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ChurroWorld Co. is only responsible for transactions made directly on churroworldco.com.
We are not responsible for orders, errors, or customer experiences associated with external delivery platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or others.
Customers acknowledge that Pick Up service may be affected by external factors (traffic, weather, personal delays), and no compensation is provided for circumstances outside the store’s control.
8. NO-REFUND POLICY
All Pick Up orders are final sale.
Only product replacement is offered when there is a verified error by ChurroWorld Co.
9. USE OF THE WEBSITE
Users agree not to manipulate, alter, or interfere with the website’s operation.
Any attempt at fraud, misuse, or system abuse may result in order cancellation and potential user blocking.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
